I work at a UX Design consultant through Webstep in Bergen, Norway. However, I regularly travel Oslo and London.
In my previous roles, I have worked with two early-stage startups back-to-back, establishing direction, navigating uncertainty, and implementing customer insights with tact and cheerfulness as a designer, team member, and leader.
..as a designer
..as a designer
I design services, products, and experiences, guiding them from user research to prototyping and production; taking concepts from Zero to One.
In my previous roles (and my current role), I've led product design and development conversations with leaders, multidisciplinary teams, and investors — often as the sole UX voice in the room. This experience has equipped me with the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind my design decisions.
I would describe my approach to design as hands-on, experiment-based, action-oriented, and focused on ROI.

..in terms of my interests
I have an active interest in startups and practical first-hand experience in market validation, product positioning, and achieving product-market fit.
Aside from this, I enjoy learning, listening and reading about HCD design, behavioural science, startups, AI ethics, economic equality and happiness. At least, right now.

I like to rock climb by the sea, hike in the mountains, and windsurf in the fjords.
I also brew beer—usually while talking about startup ideas.
